A friend of mine texted me during the week saying drop everything and listen to the guy tell his story on the Ray D & # 39; Arcy show on RTE Radio 1. I couldn't since I was in between customer consultations, but I listened back to the interview with a Philly & # 39; Flipper & # 39; Caldwell as it was later published as a podcast.
This is a remarkable story, and an even more remarkable person.
If you don't know the story of Philly Caldwell, I won't spoil it by telling you here.
But what I want to do is anchor Philly's story and give her a place to live in the context of losing weight and maintaining weight.
There is so much to learn from hearing other life stories and travel.
Here at Motivation, we coach clients through challenging topics – plateaus, feelings of guilt, lack of motivation, lack of self-confidence, lack of self-confidence and a host of other problems. We offer the support and tools to manage and overcome these problems both in the short term and in the long term.
Paradoxically, the path to weight loss is not necessarily about losing weight, but rather about overcoming the core elements of what we call your mental weight.
Various concepts are introduced in Philly's story.
To update is to design or express words or a concept or plan differently.
Think of the dimmer, which is the title of one of our assist sheets. This approach changes your approach from a lightbulb to a dimmer switch.
The dimmer is just one example that comes to mind.
Take some time today or over the weekend to hear Philly Caldwell's story – it's both moving and inspiring, and I'm so grateful to Philly for sharing it.
