Teen Mom 2 star Chelsea Houska shared some health tips for followers interested in her 75-day fitness challenge. The star began the challenge on Aug. 9 and was inspired to take a trip after husband Cole DeBoer made his own 75-day challenge, she explained in Instagram Stories on Aug. 16-17.

When it comes to in-between meals, Houska posted on Instagram that she likes to eat two hard-boiled eggs with hot sauce. It’s one of their “go-to snacks,” she wrote.

Another thing that was helpful during this time is a hot air fryer. Houska announced that she uses it on a daily basis. “Steaks and Brussels sprouts go in the hot air fryer. Do you like Brussels sprouts? ”She asked her 6.3 million followers.

For those who might miss out on some of Houska’s daily updates via Instagram stories, she dedicated a highlight role to her 75-day challenge and what she eats.

Her culinary highlights include what she cooks and how long, such as placing steak and mushrooms in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Houska’s challenge ranges from exercising every day to reading 10 minutes of a book. She tries to exercise 45 minutes a day, drink a liter of water, eat healthily, and only drink alcohol on social outings.

Houska, 29, and DeBoer have four children together: 11-year-old Aubree (who is Houska’s child from a previous relationship), 4-year-old son Watson, 2-year-old daughter Layne, and 6-month-old Walker Juni.

Houska likes to train with Pelton

The South Dakota native has actively campaigned to share her workouts with a peloton bike. She shared pictures of herself training with peloton coaches like Christine D’Ercole and Cody Rigsby.

Houska doesn’t let herself stop sweating, being a mother with a preteen and three little ones. According to screenshots posted on Reddit, she joked about hitting the bike during lunch break while the younger kids were taking a nap.

During her 150th peloton ride, Houska answered some fan questions during a spontaneous Q&A in Instagram stories. “Do you have a specific goal in mind with this challenge?” Asked one person.

“Solid and sound. Get in the habit of drinking more water and reading more, ”said the native of South Dakota. “Maybe lose the last bit of baby weight. Got something that holds me accountable, to kick my ass and feel good. “

“How is the water intake going? My biggest fight! Another follower asked.

“I don’t hate it as much as I did the first few days,” replied Houska. “Do away with every chance!”

Houska previously felt insecure about her body after giving birth

When she gave birth to her first three children, Houska admitted to In Touch that she wasn’t feeling good about her body. Because she was more confident with Walker June while pregnant, she was able to share her body’s journey during pregnancy and after delivery.

“I felt so insecure after all of my other babies and like just seeing other people’s bodies, it seems like other people just snap back and it was confusing,” she told In Contact in March 2021. I don’t feel like that. “

She said it was “important” to share with her followers how her body has changed. “I felt confident enough and confident enough this time around to do that,” Houska told the publication. “While the other times I also felt insecure, I can understand that too.”
