Today I am very happy to be able to share this new, exciting and incredibly powerful initiative with you.
Daily affirmations is a project that has been simmering for the last few months and is now ready for general release.
I just want to quote part of the Positive Affirmations Assist Sheet (Assist Sheets are one of the tools we use here on Motivation):
“… a positive attitude is no guarantee of success. However, it is accepted that a
negative attitudes come close to guaranteeing failure. “
It may sound strange to some people to be asked – to repeat an affirmation regularly throughout the day. The great thing about it is that you don’t have to lace up your boots or do any physical activity. It can be done anywhere: sitting, standing or lying in bed. All it takes is practice and believe me, it’s a new habit worth picking up on.
The positive affirmation assistant sheet is in the mobile app and I also included a link here on the motivation website. This is an assist sheet well worth 10 minutes of your time. Positive affirmations are recognized today as a very powerful and important psychological tool. Last week I wrote about the support our Olympians are getting. I can assure you that positive affirmations are an integral part of that support.
Every day I will post a daily affirmation on all of our channels. Some will resonate, some won’t and that’s fine. It is important that you incorporate the positive affirmations into your everyday life. Feel free to share these with your own circles, be it with family, friends or at work.

As I pondered the title of this week’s email, and while my focus is on helping clients lose weight and maintain that weight loss, positive affirmations can be applied to any goal.
