How To Forestall Blood Clots

how to prevent blood clots

Blood clot prevention is of great concern and is covered in this week's Motivate Me below.

When Covid-19 showed up, I never thought it would literally turn all of our worlds upside down. So much information has been made publicly available since March 2020 that it can be difficult to distinguish between the jungle of truths, half-truths, and lies.

Today I want to call your attention to one of the truths, the reality of these life-enhancing and life-saving changes that you are motivated to introduce into your life as a result of your journey.

We are talking about two key aspects:

  1. the psychological, these mental changes that are taking place, and
  2. the physiological, the physical changes that also take place.

By dealing with these habits, behaviors and attitudes or the psychological / mental aspects, we enable our clients (you) to bring about incredibly positive changes, which in turn translate into noticeable physical changes such as weight loss.

Let's not forget the long list of other physical benefits. A reduced risk from blood clotting is one. With each percentage reduction in excess weight, you reduce the risk of blood clotting.

I wrote a short blog post about how to prevent blood clots. Please read it here.

Your “mental weight” (the habits, behaviors and attitudes that underpin your day-to-day decisions) is central to everything we do. This link will take you to a resource that will give you an in-depth look at the concept of Mental Weight and how it works (for you).
