At Christmas we recommend lowering your expectations of yourself. Don't fill in your feelings. We know from previous experience that holding on to emotions is an important trigger for comfortable eating.

The Christmas activity planner will help you factor in the positive habits that can make a big difference. Two of them are:
1. Can you drink at least 6-8 glasses of water every day?
2. Can you sleep 7-8 hours every day?
If you do these two you fly with them and the rest is up to you to build.
