Libra is such a negative influence on anyone trying to lose weight. Basically, most people use the scales to judge their success.
We are all conditioned with the scales as a measure or an aid to how well we have done over the past week.
But as we've always said here at Motivation, if you've changed your behavior in any way, your week has been a good week and / or if your food diary was good.
The reality is, if you stand on the scales and don't get the result you want, it doesn't suddenly turn into a bad week. It's Still a Good Week – Quick Prompt: The focus is on behavior change and a good food diary.
The bottom line is that changing your habits and behaviors is more important than focusing on the number on the scale.
