Vaccinations are progressing rapidly and with the promise of more freedom there has been a natural tendency to feel relieved and a little optimistic, but the bout of bad weather has hit us all.

This is Ireland and we are certainly used to our changeable weather by now. That being said, everyone must have been hoping to relax with relatives and close friends. It has been 14 months so obviously we are keen to return to some degree of normalcy. According to Met Eireann, this "cyclonic extratropical beast" will go away over the weekend. Fingers crossed.
I speak to my clients about the importance of positive affirmation and its role in losing weight and how you can control your habits and behaviors.
When the sun is not shining, it is imperative that you take control and let your own light shine. Positive affirmation is a brilliant tool to use, but to get the most of it, you need to practice it.
Affirmation is a positive statement that can help you challenge and overcome self-sabotage and negative thoughts. Repeating affirmations often and believing in them can help you make positive changes in many aspects of your life, one of which is your weight loss.
I am posting three confirmations below. These are all comprehensive and, in my opinion, very powerful.
- I live in an environment that supports my goals and desires. I have access to amazing opportunities that will help me get better in every area of my life. I am happy. I feel blessed. I will make the most of all the resources and opportunities I have in my life.
- I will not surrender to the feeling of doom. Today is a good day. I will experience it with happiness in my heart. I claim victory over negative thoughts. I will not give in. I am strong. I will not let anything crush my spirits. I consciously accept all that is good.
- Things are looking up. I am excited to see all the amazing things that I will experience now. I am relieved that none of my fears have come true. I've let go of all my worries. I am so grateful for the abundance of love, happiness and prosperity in my life. Thank you universe!
